Last month we hosted an exclusive recruitment event with Amazon in our Dundee office.
Participants were introduced to Amazon’s Candidate Generation Consultants who highlighted the job opportunities available in Amazon’s Dundee warehouse.
The group was then shown how the recruitment process works and encouraged to apply at the end of the session.
We aim to always provide our participants with new opportunities in their local areas and the chance to engage with employers directly at our job fairs and information sessions.

We know the holidays can be tough when you’re struggling to afford the essentials, and we’d like to help make them a little easier for our participants this year.
Our teams have worked hard to build holiday hampers that are filled to the brim with treats and essentials, including vouchers you can use for your Christmas dinner!
Each office will be running a prize draw to win their hamper and to enter all you need to do is recommend Remploy to a friend who would be eligible to join our service and is looking to be supported into sustainable employment.
Just make sure your friend lets us know you referred them when they come along to their meeting and you'll both get a ticket!

Kerry* joined the Fair Start Scotland Service in March 2023, after leaving school at 16 and was struggling with her confidence.
We provided her with personalised support that focused on rebuilding her confidence and finding a role she would find fulfilling.
With our support, Kerry has now moved into a Trainee Nursery Nurse role where she can continue to grow and develop her skills.
