Dionne organised for Finley to attend employability development sessions, where he rebuilt his confidence and spent time practising his interview skills.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dionne also worked with Finley to identify his transferable skills and update his CV.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In February 2023, only one month later, Finley successfully secured a role as a Community Delivery Manager for a delivery company.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This opportunity was a step up the career ladder for Finley and he has now been able to improve his lifestyle and move into a better flat as a result.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"none\"><strong>Reflecting on his experience, Finley said:<\/strong> \u201cI want to thank Remploy for all their help and guidance as they have helped me get this opportunity.
