We have a record of delivering local, integrated health and disability support in communities across Scotland.
On our current programmes we do this in partnership with our Transforming Lives Community of more than 50 specialist charities and organisations, to provide personalised support tailored to the needs of the individual.
As a chosen provider on the Scottish Government’s Work Able programme, Remploy Scotland provides specialist tailored support for unemployed people with health conditions. The programme establishes an individual’s goals and aspirations and offers a holistic package of support, focussing on health and wellbeing, personal and social development, as well as core skills and ambition. The service runs alongside the Work First programme supporting people with disabilities into work.
The Work First, Work Able and Fair Start programmes allow Remploy to support thousands of disabled people and people with health conditions to find, sustain and progress in employment, promoting economic and social inclusion across Scotland.
