Remploy Cymru is passionate about working in partnership with organisations embedded in communities across Wales. Whether you are a small, medium or large employer, we would love to hear from you.
Our employer engagement team works with many local and national employer partners, meeting their recruitment and retention needs. Our goal is to support them in any way we can, saving both time and money. We have supported more than 25,000 people into work.
We offer a fully funded, bespoke recruitment service. Here’s how it works:
Talk to us about your recruitment needs – our Regional Account Managers will spend time to understand your business, the roles available and then design an inclusive and bespoke recruitment plan for your organisation.
We help you screen/job match and interview – we’ll work closely with our participants to identify their skills, closely match them to your vacancies, and make sure you get the right person for the right job.
We provide additional support to save you time and money – such as bespoke pre-work training, in work support, online support, as well as work trials and work placements to increase sustainability.
Inclusion – as a Disability Confident Leader, we help employers recruit and retain employees. This includes a range of support such as funded mental health support for your workforce, and workplace adjustments at home or work to make sure you can benefit from all available talent.
Once recruited, we provide ongoing support – we’ll keep in touch to see how your new employees are progressing and what more we can do to help both you and them.
Success stories from our partners
“As a business that has to react quickly for the provision of staff, we have seen the benefits of using Remploy. Stella and the team at Remploy are always quick to respond and the quality of the candidates is second to none. It is great to assist people back into employment, knowing that they have been vetted and given the appropriate training by the Remploy team”.
Paul Hartshorn, Operations Director, Weston FN Group Ltd
“Remploy provides great value to the businesses by helping source suitable candidates while helping people that might struggle to get back to work. My experience with Charlotte and the team in the local branch was absolutely excellent. Communication was always the key and by working together we managed to find some fantastic workers for our local clients.”
Miroslav Makara, Experience Manager for an onsite food production recruiter
“I wanted to express my gratitude to the amazing Remploy team working throughout the South Wales area. My initial introduction to Remploy came via Richard Gannon some 18 months ago and the relationship has blossomed ever since. Richard is the first person I reach out to when I have roles to fill and we have had numerous successes in placing candidates into work via Remploy.
Richard is constantly in touch to ask if we have any requirements and is always following up on his candidates’ progress. He is a real credit to your team. It is a pleasure to work with Remploy and I hope this partnership remains for many years to come!”
Lianne Garnett, Branch Manager, Cordant People
“Rubicon Wales have had the privilege of working in close partnership with Karen Wilcox and her team at Remploy Cardiff for over four years now. In that time, we have helped train, recruit, and employ many of Remploy’s learners and clients. This continued success is the result of Remploy Cardiff’s highly experienced staff knowing and understanding the needs of Rubicon Wales as a business. We have always been impressed by Remploy’s passion and commitment surrounding the ongoing support that they offer individuals.
We hope that we enjoy many more years of success with Remploy Cardiff as we feel that the important work that we collaborate on truly does make an impact in the community”.
Dave Corbett, Managing Director, Rubicon Wales
