Awards and accreditations

We work hard to make sure we are the best we can be.

Remploy was one of the first companies in the UK to be awarded ‘Leader’ status by the nationally renowned Disability Confident Scheme, operated by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Disability confident employer

The accolade, which is the highest award, recognises an employer dedicated to supporting disabled people and those with health conditions in the workplace, as well as helping other employers to become ‘Disability Confident’ themselves.

Clear Assured

We are a Clear Assured company, which means that we commit to identifying and removing barriers from recruitment policy, process and practice which have the potential to exclude disabled people.

Investors in People

Having the Investors in People Gold award since 2013 recognises that we develop and manage our people to the highest standard, to give our business the skills to succeed. The award measures our performance in a number of areas such as leadership and development, continuous improvement and people management.

This award shows that we put our people at the heart of our vision.

Matrix Standard

Having the Matrix Standard means that our advice and guidance services are of the highest quality. The support we give to individuals has been assessed to meet strict criteria around how useful the information is and the benefits to the individual.

This means that we can confidently deliver a professional service to all of our users.

Merlin Standard

Working with our supply chain and other partners is really important to us. That’s why we have made sure that we meet the Merlin Standard. This recognises that we are committed to building strong relationships with our partners and contractors, to support development of a high performing supply chain.

British Institute for Learning and Development

Remploy achieved the Quality Mark from the British Institute for Learning & Development in 2016. It is valid for three years and recognises our high quality standards in learning and development.

What we've won

The work of Remploy and our employer partners is regularly recognised through industry awards.

We won the IEP Professionalisation Award at the 2014 ERSA Employability Awards. We also won the same award in 2016.

Remploy’s innovative partnership with TC Facilities Management, which has supported more than a thousand disabled people into employment, was recognised at the ERSA Employability Awards 2017, winning the Large Employer of the Year category, and also at the Premises and Facilities Management (PFM) awards 2017 winning Partners in Corporate Social Responsibility (Charitable and Social Enterprise).

We were also a Recruitment Industry Disability Inclusion (RIDI) Award winner in 2014 which shows how hard we work to remove the barriers faced by millions of disabled people who are entering or progressing through the job market.
