What we will do with your feedback

  • If you complain, we will let you know that we have received your feedback within two working days.
  • Any feedback you give us will be treated confidentially. We will not pass your details to other organisations, unless we think you are at risk.
  • We aim to resolve any problems within 20 working days.
  • We will keep in touch with you to let you know what we are doing with your feedback and let you know if we cannot meet any deadlines.
  • Your feedback will be used to improve our services.
