Employer led programmes

Our mission is to equip disabled people and those with health conditions with the skills to secure sustainable employment, while ensuring we meet the needs of our employer partners.

We take pride in our partnerships, co-designing targeted skills and employability programmes enabling organisations to access new pools of talent.

Some of our partnerships

Marks and Spencer

Marks and Spencer

Remploy have been Marks and Spencer’s national disability partner for over seven years. Over this time we have helped over 6,000 people find a sustainable career with one of the UK’s leading retailers. The Marks and Start programme supports people with disabilities through tailored learning, and a two to four week work placement. The programme not only gives people an insight into a career in retail, but also creates a clear, accessible route into work.

Lloyds Banking Group

Lloyds Banking Group

Lloyds Disability Work Experience programme (DWEP), now in its third year, is designed to offer individuals with a disability or health condition a structured work placement within one of the UK’s most prestigious financial services organisations. To date 267 participants have benefited from this hugely successful programme.

Mitie

Mitie

In partnership with Mitie Property Management, Geasons and the National Autistic Society, Remploy was awarded a contract through the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). With these partners we designed a 12 week bespoke training programme, which aims to upskill disabled customers and improve their chances of gaining employment in the construction industry.
