Building disability confidence
The Government’s Disability Confident scheme helps employers make the most of the opportunities provided by employing disabled people. It is voluntary and has been developed by employers and representatives of disabled people.

Remploy was one of the first organisations to achieve Level 3 Disability Confident Leader status, and as such are able to help other employers to reach this level, and beyond through our journey together. We recognise disability confidence as; “the ability to anticipate, and accommodate the needs of disabled people effortlessly.”
Successful organisations understand this, and focus on the importance of the ‘voice of disabled people’ when making cultural and business change. The Disability Confident scheme has three levels that have been designed to support you on your disability confident journey. You must complete each level before moving on to the next.
Remploy offers support through our expertise and lived experience, culminating in detailed analysis, advice and action plans to help you on your disability confident journey.
