We have supported disabled people to find employment and learn new skills for more than 70 years. Remploy colleagues, many of whom have lived experience of disability, are qualified in a wide range of disability specialisms, including Mental Health First Aid, Training in Systematic Instruction, and the delivery of Individual Placement Support services. Remploy is a Corporate Affiliate Partner of the Institute of Employability Professionals and is committed to a highly trained and professionalised employment support and skills sector.

We have delivered hundreds of successful programmes for a diverse range of commissioners, including national and local government, devolved administrations, Clinical Commissioning Groups, the NHS, and national employers. Many of our commissioner relationships are long standing, reflecting the importance we place on high performance and meeting the specific outcomes demanded by commissioners in their area.

Innovation and integration
Innovation is at the heart of our service delivery, both in our community-based delivery and online. More than 10,000 disabled people are registered online with us, with many more supported by our online advisor team. To offer a truly holistic services that meet the needs of local communities, we also integrate with local services, developing networks of provision such as our Community Partnership Network of more than 40 organisations in Wales. We also co-locate with others to make us more accessible.
Remploy’s employer engagement is market-leading, with dozens of strategic relationships with national employers and thousands of businesses working with us each year to recruit and retain disabled talent, and train their staff. We can offer ringfenced vacancies, and have developed innovative and award-winning schemes such as Marks and Spencers’ Marks and Start programme and MITIE’s ‘Think Differently’ initiative.
