Remploy has been delivering high-performing employment support programmes for more than 25 years.
We currently deliver programmes for a range of commissioners at a national and local level, including the Department for Work and Pensions, the Scottish Government, local authorities including Richmond Borough Council and Sheffield City Council, and local enterprise partnerships.
The programmes we deliver include small and highly specialised interventions and large-scale national initiatives, reflecting the diverse groups of individuals that we work with every day. Our work is pan-disability, including mental health and learning disability.
Our current employment programmes include:
The Work and Health Programme, supporting nearly 16,000 participants across Wales with more than 80 delivery locations across every local authority. Delivery is in partnership with Remploy’s innovative Community Partnership Network of public, private and voluntary sector organisations.
Individual Placement and Support in Birmingham and Cardiff, offering better integrated employment and health provision to support people with mental health conditions to find and remain in work.
Work First and Work Able Scotland, offering specialist support for disabled people, those with health conditions and the long-term unemployed, and the successor Fair Start Scotland programme which is due to launch in Spring 2018.
Remploy also works with commissioners to test and develop innovative new programmes that better meet the needs of local communities. We work in partnership to implement these new delivery models.
Through our partnership with MAXIMUS, we are also able to utilise their expertise in supply chain management and the delivery of large-scale programmes.
