Black Country Click Start is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

Aimed at individuals living in Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Neatherton and West Bromwich, the programme is delivered over a minimum of eight sessions and covers:

  • I.T. skills to access learning and job searching
  • Improving online confidence
  • Financial budgeting
  • Support to move into work
  • Managing Universal Credit accounts
  • Accessing online banking.

Individuals are expected to increase their digital and online confidence, with some progression into further education, training, and job searching.
