There are a number of job roles to choose from which can range from working face to face with customers or providing services behind the scenes.

We can help you develop the skills you'll need through special training programmes including for the following roles;

• Customer service adviser, sales adviser, team leader, checkout operator, specialist counter staff or stock replenisher

Every company works slightly differently, but retail environments are usually superstores and stores in your local town or city. They can get very busy at certain times of the day and you may be required to work a range of shifts on your own or as part of a team
