So what's involved?

Catering offers a wide range of opportunities; working in restaurants, shops, canteens and even hospitals. Catering work includes preparing and cooking dishes, serving customers and making sure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.

You may be required to work a range of shifts and work together with colleagues, usually in a fairly small and close-knit team. The highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are required at all times and you will wear a uniform.
