Recruitment areas

Last year we supported over 10,500 people to find sustainable employment, in a wide range of roles with mainstream employers. From office and admin roles, to contact centre jobs, warehousing and logistics and retail or catering, we'll help you make the most of your ability.

Getting into the sector you want to work in can take specific development and the right skills-sets for the job. It also takes confidence.

Remploy's vocational skills development programmes can help you prepare to get into work. If you're a disabled person or someone with a health condition we'll help you develop the sector-specific knowledge you'll need to succeed.

The modular development programmes help you develop your existing skills and gain new ones. Covering areas such as communication and presentation skills, confidence building, interview techniques and specific job-related training, the programmes are designed to make it easier for you to sell yourself to employers.

We work closely with local employers to make sure your abilities are in-line with the skills they need. We also make sure you have access to the latest vacancies in a variety of roles, including Retail, Contact Centres and Admin, Catering & Cleaning or Warehouse & Logistics.
