How we can help

Whatever your employment goals, Remploy will give you all the support you need to achieve them. We work with many of the UK's best employers to help them understand disability. Companies large and small work with us to recruit people into all types of jobs.

We'll work with you to develop your personal plan activities and skills, giving you the best possible preparation for the world of work. If you've never worked, or have been out of work for a while, we can help you update your CV, build your confidence, practice for interviews and fill job applications. We'll help you make the most of the skills you already have and equip you with new ones that we know employers are looking for.

Then we'll help you find and apply for suitable jobs, with free access to resources like newspapers, internet and telephones. And once you've found employment, we'll keep in touch to make sure everything is going well.

If you're concerned about how you're finances will change when you move from benefits into work, we can give you confidential in-work benefit calculations so you can see how much better off you'll be in work and help you with advice on how to manage your finances.
