Sharon Dalgleish is enjoying her new role working at the Sainsbury's Store in Plymouth, thanks to the support she has received from Remploy.

Sharon had not worked for two years due to a back injury and had lost confidence in facing job interviews.

She attend a Remploy vocational skills development programme and was assigned a specialist employment advisor.

"My advisor identified through mock interviews that I had panic attacks before and during interviews," said Sharon. Remploy helped me build up my technique and my advisor accompanied me to the Sainsbury's interview. The support obviously worked as I was offered the job immediately after the interview ended.

"My life has been transformed by having a job. I'm making new friends and meeting people all the time."
