Struggling to work because of mental health?

If your work is being affected by depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health issues then we can help you. We offer a free and confidential Mental Health Support Service available to anyone with a mental health condition who is absent from work or finding work difficult. It is aimed at helping people to remain in, or return to, their role.

Our advisors are trained and experienced to support mental health at work and provide:

Supporting Apprentices with mental health

We also have a specialist service if you are an Apprentice struggling with mental health issues. Take a look at our service which gives support to you and your Employer. It is free, completely confidential and run by fully trained professionals with expertise in mental health.
