Remploy is working in partnership with Changing Faces, to support people with disfigurements to find and remain in work, as well as helping employers to open up their recruitment polices to disabled people.
Changing Faces run a membership scheme of which Remploy is part, called Face Equality at Work. It encourages employers to promote equality for people with visible differences and supports them in eliminating implicit bias in their workforce. Organisations learn practical skills that enable them to value colleagues, clients and customers with 'differences' and increase their confidence.
