We have over seventy years experience working with disabled people and a strong track record of working both with national agencies and local providers.

We understand the challenges facing commissioners and practitioners and will work with you to develop creative ideas.

With a network of more than 60 branches across the UK we are ideally positioned to deliver a range of products and services that can be tailored to meet your needs.  We can help reduce demands on budgets and improve outcomes for individuals.

We can also support other organisations to deliver multi-faceted contracts – acting as their specialist disability provider.

Strong relationships with employers ensure that as well as getting disabled people and those facing complex barriers to employment ready for work, we also have job opportunities they can apply for. In 2013/14 we found more than 18,500 jobs in mainstream employment for disabled people.
By working with us, our partners – and their customers – experience a wide range of benefits, including:
  • improvements in Ofsted ratings
  • decrease in rent arrears
  • higher educational attainment of students
  • reduced draw on adult social care budgets
  • enhanced social inclusion.

If you would like to find out more about how we might work with you please see our current opportunities.

“People with learning disabilities deserve the same opportunities in life as people without disabilities. Having a job, no matter who you are, gives you a sense of self-worth, enables you to meet people and builds confidence.
“The interns that are put forward by Remploy are capable, enthusiastic and often exceed our expectations, proving that they can do work far above what people initially thought they would be able to do.”
Helen McLean, senior practitioner for community inclusion and employment plus teams, Leicester City Council
