Supporting you into work with Work Choice
Work Choice is a programme that helps disabled people, veterans and those with health conditions to find and succeed in work, or gain work, through self-employment. We work with Jobcentre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions through the Work Choice programme to provide the support you need.
What we do best
We have helped over 100,000 disabled people into employment since 2010. If you have a disability or health condition we will support you to take control of your journey into work by providing a service that offers choice and opportunity. You will have access to a wide range of support to help you develop your skills to find a job and progress your career once in work.
Our service is flexible so you can choose which support options are best for you. This includes face to face support through our branch network or via our unique online service (requires registration).
Big name partners
We work with over 2,500 employers across the UK such as Marks & Spencer, Mitie, Royal Mail, Lloyds Banking Group and McDonald's. This gives you a greater choice when it comes to finding a career . From work experience to working interviews, we can help you find a route that works for you.
