If you have a mental health condition and would like support to find a job, then Remploy can help you through our Works Well 4 Me employment programme

You can apply for this service if you:

  • Have depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health conditions
  • Are unemployed or inactive, and over the age of 16
  • Are not already on the Work Programme, Work Choice or Specialist Employability Support
  • Live in Cheshire or Warrington www4m_map
  • Want to work for 16 hours or more each week
  • Are long-term unemployed (26 weeks), have a basic skills need or more than one barrier to work

For up to 12 months your employment coach will help you to:

  • Create your action plan based on your skills, needs and goals to help remove any work or health barriers
  • Access mental health support services and psychological therapies
  • Help you apply for jobs that are right for you
  • Arrange reasonable adjustments for interviews and in work
  • Develop your independence and confidence
  • Access our online service and advisors seven days a week
  • Find training courses and work placements
  • Gain the skills to go into employment.

Remploy is offering this voluntary employment service commissioned by Department of Work and Pensions on behalf of the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership as part of the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 Provision.
