Remploy's services for school, college and University leavers are aimed at bridging the gap between education and employment.
Our support
Remploy provides information, advice and guidance to young people from the age of 16, no matter what skills and qualifications they may have.
We offer:
- Support with searching and applying for local vacancies
- Access to vacancies with the employers we work with
- CV writing
- Practice for interviews
- Advice on disclosing disabilities or health conditions to potential employers
- In-work support
Remploy's support for young people, and their employers, continues after they have started work. Our in-work support includes advice on reasonable adjustments, training and job coaching.
Our partnerships
We work in partnership with employers, as well as education and training providers, to ensure that the young people we support have a clear and planned route to employment.
Because we work with lots of companies throughout the UK, we know exactly what they're looking for. We have partnerships with BT, Royal Mail and Barclays and often, because of our close relationships, we have access to vacancies before recruitment agencies do!
