Pathways to work

Pathways to work

Creating job opportunities in Worcestershire, Shropshire & Herefordshire.

We're working closely with Jobcentre Plus and our partners County Training and Pertemps People Development Group across Worcestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire, to help make a difference in the local community by supporting people to find a job that's right for them.

From experience we understand that everyone requires different types of support on the journey to employment, which is why our services are tailored to meet your needs and provide you with the best chance of finding employment.

Our support includes:

  • A dedicated recruitment advisor who'll support you every step of the way
  • Creating an impressive CV and interview advice
  • Developing your skills
  • Searching and applying for jobs
  • Access to the latest vacancies with our employer partners
  • In-work support for the first six months of employment

We'll also provide an in-work benefit calculation, and depending on your circumstances you could be entitled to up to £2000 a year on top of your salary in your first year in the job*.

So, if you are receiving Employment Support Allowance or other health related benefits and would like to start or return to work, pop in to your local branch or call us and let this be your first step to your new career.

Every year Remploy support thousands of people like Helen to make the move from health related benefits into rewarding, lasting jobs with financial independence. We could help you too!

"Just keep trying even if you feel you're getting nowhere - especially in tough economic times like now. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and with Remploy's help, I feel like I've got a new lease of life by getting back into work."
