Recruitment
Our Recruitment services provide support and training to prepare people for employment and offers practical advice and guidance during the job seeking process. We focus on uniting individuals with employers, with the ultimate aim of maximising the number of disabled people in mainstream employment.
We currently work in partnership with many of the UK's top employers, working at local and national levels, across a wide range of sectors. By working closely with employers we are able to offer disabled people access to vacancies with employers who understand the business benefits of putting ability first.
For employers we offer access to a skilled and diverse workforce and a viable solution to the skills shortages which present a real threat to the UK economy. We also bring unique and practical expertise to every aspect of integrating disabled people and individuals with a health condition into the workplace, coupled with a range of consultancy services to assist in developing and operating best practice in an inclusive workforce.
For disabled jobseekers we focus on ability and individual need. Our approach is unique every time, but designed to meet the same objective - giving people the very best chance to get the job, and the future, that's right for them.
To prepare people for the move into employment we offer a range of services to develop jobseekers' skills, including pre-employment training and vocational skills programmes - allowing people to identify the opportunities that are right for them, and move into employment with sector-specific training and improved confidence.
