The food and grocery industry under the auspices of IGD has launched an Employability Pledge, to support the prospects of thousands of people across the country. This is a commitment from businesses within the industry, to help people of all ages and backgrounds get the skills and experience they need.
Many businesses have already committed to providing high quality work experience and employment opportunities to disabled people. By working together with IGD and these businesses, Remploy hope to create even more opportunities for disabled jobseekers, whilst proving employers with expert advice and support on health and disability in the workplace.
