Who we can help
Remploy has supported people with a wide range of disabilities, health conditions and barriers to work to prepare for, find and move into work. So, no matter what your workplace needs, we can help.
As we help to deliver the Government's Work Choice programme, as well as supporting providers who deliver the Work Programme, these are just two of the many ways that you could be referred to us for help.
We can support people that are currently out of work and claiming disability, sickness or incapacity benefits, as well as:
- People over 16 with a disability or health condition as defined by the Equality Act 2010
- Those with a disability who are leaving education
- Individuals who feel their job may be at risk because of their disability or health condition.
We have specialist expertise in working with people who have mental health conditions; whether you need help to find work or keep the job you already have.
Remploy also has a vast amount of knowledge in helping those with learning disabilities to find work and support employers to understand learning differences and your needs.
You can be referred to Remploy by your local Jobcentre Plus office, or by one of our referral partners.
If you would like our support, please speak to your advisor at Jobcentre Plus or the organisation you are currently receiving support from, and they will help you to register with us.
You can also find out more by speaking to one of Remploy's advisors at your local Remploy branch or office.
