Remploy is working with G4S Secure Solutions to help them to recruit talented and motivated staff, while achieving a diverse workforce.
G4S recognise that employing disabled people will deliver real social and economic value to their business, which is why they have been working with Remploy as a recruitment partner since 2008.
Suitable candidates are given an overview of what it is like to work in the security sector from G4S through site visits. Remploy then work with G4S to offer specialist training to Remploy candidates and ensure any workplace adaptations are made for those who need them.
