Our unique Disability and Health Management Service uses a vocational rehabilitation led approach. It addresses the social, physical and psychological factors affecting performance and attendance, alongside any medical intervention that you may already have through occupational health.
This allows us to identify the root cause of the situation and provide the appropriate support to both the individual and their line manager, to overcome their barriers and sustain employment.
We also offer a wide range of e-learning modules, to educate line managers across your business on health and disability in the workplace. This helps to increase their confidence and awareness, enabling them to foresee, and support with, any issues amongst their staff.
