Who should enter?

The Remploy Leading the Way Awards are open to all organisations employing or enabling disabled people to secure employment in England, Scotland and Wales. There are also awards presented to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the employment of disabled people.

Organisations of all sizes and at all stages of the journey towards good practice are encouraged to apply. By entering the awards you are demonstrating a mindset and a commitment to diversity, learning and improvement. We acknowledge that entrants will have varying degrees of experience with disability and you will be judged on what you are currently doing well.

These awards are not just for the biggest and the best. And they are not about the greatest numbers - to enter for the awards you must employ at least one disabled person.
