Description of Services We provide a person centred holistic support service to adults with complex needs with mental ill health. We support people to access services through accompanied referrals and advocacy. We offer support to deal with housing issues, debts, benefits. Our staff are all trained in mental health and are supervised by a qualified social worker and AMPH. We don't signpost to other services we provide access, we encourage engagement with statutory services to provide the best outcomes for our services users. Our service is unique in Nottingham. We currently provide our services through a contract with the Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group and the Police and Crime Commissioner Community Safety Grant. We work with offenders and victims of crime, adults with mental ill health and vulnerable adults referred to us for support with their learning disabilities. Each adult is given a named support worker. Our current work is time limited to 12 months support.
