Sarah first worked with Remploy at Morrisons' Binley store and was keen to repeat the experience when she needed to recruit for a variety of roles at the Coventry Alvis store. On each occasion, Remploy organized a dedicated recruitment day, whereby 10 to 15 pre-selected candidates with the relevant skills and abilities were made available for interview at the same location.
"When I needed to recruit for the Alvis store, Remploy had just opened its new branch in Coventry city centre, so I was able to interview all of the candidates at a convenient location over one day," said Sarah. "Remploy organized every aspect, from pre-selecting suitable candidates to providing their transport.
"The three people we hired as a result are progressing really well, which is no surprise as our account managers have a through understanding of our business. They seem to think the same as we do and recognise that it would be pointless to put people forward for roles they aren't suited for. Unlike other providers, they aren't simply preoccupied with getting people off their books.
