Conduit UK offers a complete range of products to enable businesses to communicate better with their markets, offering telephone answering, email maintenance, billing checks and registration services. The company employs almost 900 staff at its contact centres in Cardiff and Swansea. Vodafone and Sky are among its biggest clients.

Paul Fitzpatrick, recruitment consultant for Conduit UK, found out about the services of Remploy after a chance meeting with Swansea based account manager Jon Jewell two years ago. He has been working with Remploy ever since.
