We do this by working with many leading employers to support disabled people into jobs in mainstream employment and by directly employing disabled people in our Enterprise Businesses.

Our wide range of employment services is tailored to the needs of employers and jobseekers, and employees experiencing long term sickness absence. Services include development, training, learning and rehabilitation to help individuals prepare for, gain and remain in sustainable work, whilst providing employers with the skilled staff they need to realise commercial benefits.

Our Enterprise Businesses are among the UK's largest employers of disabled people, with more than 2,300 employees at 54 factories.

These businesses provide a diverse range of high quality products and services to private and public sector customers throughout the UK and beyond. We supply chemical and biological protection suits to the police and armed forces; are a major supplier of furniture to the UK education sector; operate an IT recycling business and manufacture components for leading motor manufacturers.
