Polisi Iaith Gymraeg

Ar 24 Tachwedd 2009 cymeradwywyd Cynllun Iaith Gymraeg Remploy gan Fwrdd yr Iaith Gymraeg.

Fel rhan o ymrwymiad parhaus Remploy i hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth, mae Remploy wedi gwneud y dewis i ddatblygu Cynllun Iaith Gymraeg, ac mae eisiau mabwysiadu'r egwyddor y bydd y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg yn cael eu trin yn gyfartal wrth gynnal busnes cyhoeddus.

Mae Remploy yn gweithio gyda Bwrdd yr Iaith Gymraeg i weithredu cynllun sydd yn nodi:

  • pa wasanaethau sydd ar gael yn y Gymraeg
  • sut bydd y gwasanaethau hyn yn cael eu cyflawni
  • pryd y byddant ar gael i'r cyhoedd

Mae Remploy yn addo cyfathrebu gydag ymgeiswyr Cymraeg yn eu hiaith eu hunain i helpu i chwalu ffiniau a rhoi cymorth iddynt gael hyfforddiant a gwaith.

Caiff y gwasanaethau dwyieithog eu cyflwyno rhwng 2009 a 2012.


Welsh language policy

On 24 November 2009 the Remploy Welsh Language Scheme was approved by the Welsh Language Board.

As part of Remploy's ongoing commitment to promoting equality and diversity, Remploy in Wales has made the decision to develop a Welsh Language Scheme (WLS) and wants to adopt the principle that in the conduct of public business, it will treat the Welsh and English languages on the basis of equality.

Remploy is working with the Welsh Language Board to implement a scheme that sets out:

  • which services are available in Welsh
  • how these services will be delivered
  • when they will be available to the public

Remploy pledges to communicate with Welsh-speaking candidates in their own language to help break down barriers and support them into training and work.

Implementation for bi-lingual services will be introduced between 2009 and 2012.
